We encourage you to provide us with your dates at least 30 days prior to your deadline for entries. This allows us ample time to add your pageants to our online calendar and promote you in our email and social media campaigns.
Please use this form to submit your winners that qualified for state.

Please submit your winners within seven days after your pageant. This allows us to establish contact and get important information to them in a timely manner.

Did You Know?
If you have a winner who has previously qualified at another pageant you can elect to send the next highest score on to state to have someone represent your festival/ pageant. Your winner is still your winner, but you may have the next girl in line to attend state. This will keep your bids full!
We want to respect everyone's prelims so check out the list of current preliminary pageant names to make sure your name isn't already taken!
